No Returns & No Refunds Policy

At Lemon Cherrie, we strive to provide quality items that bring joy. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exception:

• European Union 14 day cooling off period, if  the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier (ex. Usps) directly for any delivery issues.
